As an added convenience to our tenants in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Quebec, we are pleased to give you the option to pay your storage bill online. Here’s what you need:

Please note that our online payments application can only accept payments of your storage account balance due in full and by credit card or debit.

In addition, please be aware that not all Canadian financial institutions participate in the Interac Online service. If your bank or credit union is not listed among the choices available for Interac payment (e.g. CIBC, Desjardins), please select credit card as an alternative payment method.

Payments made outside the rental office’s business hours are posted for the next business day.

Please be advised that all online payments are processed in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

If you need to make other arrangements to pay your bill, please contact the office at the location of your storage unit.
